CyberAble.net is a thematic website for the different needs of persons with disabilities. Its content, layout, structure, browsing functions, etc. manage to comply with aiming to cater to both Hong Kong Government and international standards. CyberAble.net serves as a one-stop information centre for the persons with disabilities and their carers for providing support information to them.

To facilitate the persons with visual impairment to browse the web content, CyberAble.net was constructed to include the following special features:

1.Increase the contrast between the text, graphics and the backgrounds
2.Use bigger text size as default
3.All images have their meaningful Alt-text description
