The Persons with Disabilities and Rehabilitation Programme Plan (RPP) stipulated strategic directions and measures for various services needs for persons with disabilities. The Government tasked the Rehabilitation Advisory Committee (RAC) to formulate a new RPP in 2017 and has accepted in principle on the implementation of the strategic directions and recommendations set out in the new RPP submitted by the RAC in June 2020.
